15" x 40" double matted and framed in gunmetal
cast paper edition of 100

The Cougar has a reputation for independence and silence as he moves through the mountains and swamps. Individuality tempered with fierce tribal loyalty is an attribute the Cherokee share with each other and symbolized by the panther. The cat is in many Cherokee stories. On the shield are seven feathers to represent the seven clans of the Cherokee.
